This consultation is meant to provide more time in-between meetings to meet during your Nutritional Therapy package to further discuss your recommendations, goals, or needs.

Former Clients

This consultation is meant to briefly check in and discuss your nutrition, supplements, or anything else pertaining to your nutritional therapy package.

Potential Clients

Due to the bio-individual nature of nutritional therapy, a full intake is required for any consultative services. Please book your Free 15-minute consult HERE.

Group Events

Reach out for group wellness events, group nutritional therapy packages, public events, and private cooking events.
