Hi, I'm Amy Lippert, FNTP🩷

I'm so glad you're here! Here is a little about me: after struggling with chronic fatigue, pain, digestive dysfunction, weight gain, inflammation, brain fog, hormonal imbalances, and anxiety for almost a decade, I could not longer accept that my only answer was more medication to mask my symptoms, so I decided to take charge of my health. After a year of researching programs, I decided to become a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and since then, I have been able to take a holistic and natural approach to support my body. As a result, I have eliminated all the chronic symptoms of my Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and am medication free.

My science heavy background, personal experience and understanding of auto-immune disorders, love of cooking, knowledge of nutrition & human physiology, and holistic foundational approach allows me to support and work with clients in making lasting improvements in their health and wellbeing.

On the personal side, I live in Minneapolis with my husband, children and three fur-babies.  I completed the Functional Clinical Assessment Course and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program with the Nutritional Therapy Association (A Cornerstone Member of the American Nutrition Association), graduated from Virginia Tech with a BA in Chemistry and a BS in Biology in 2001, and hold a MA in Teaching in secondary education.  I love to cook, practice yoga, crochet, hike, travel and walk my labradoodle around one of the many picturesque lakes in MN.
